By the end of March, the final demolition works on the CM2 building have been completed.

Progress of works

Work continues on the CM2 building within the Recovery Art project in Palmanova.

Inside the building, cleaning, consolidation, and space preparation activities have begun. The existing masonry, original openings, cleared internal areas, and temporary structures required to stabilize the building are clearly visible.

The next phases will involve the completion of the consolidation works, the reconstruction of the structural elements and roof, as well as the subsequent preparation of the building systems and interior finishes, in line with the overall project for the recovery and functional redevelopment of the area.
